Allen R. Schwartz

I am a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law and have been practicing law for more than 30 years. I represent individuals and businesses at all levels of the state and at most levels of the federal court, including the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court District of Colorado, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

While I offer services in a variety of legal Practice Areas, a substantial portion of my practice is devoted to the areas of Bankruptcy, Business Law, and Estate Planning. Whether it is assisting clients obtain a fresh financial start through a Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy proceeding, forming a corporation or limited liability company, or assisting a client with developing an estate plan that serves their needs as well as those of their family, I have the experience and practical knowledge to meet client goals.

In addition to providing experienced and professional representation, my clients are treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. I am assisted by my legal assistant, Lyndsy Doyle, who shares in my commitment to delivering superior client service. Together, Ms. Doyle and I maintain a friendly, personable environment while simultaneously serving the needs of clients in an efficient and cost effective manner.
